Coming up with an approach that get's you and your enterprise organized and moving along the Agile journey is challenging to say the least. It was the entire topic of my last book. This section will represent what I have learnt on the topic since I wrote it. The goal will be to prepare Agile Leaders to operate an Agile transition in their organization, getting organized to guide both larger changes and more incremental improvement.
Just like the rest of this book, MVP 1 of this section is simply a brief outline of my opinions on the topic along with the goals of the section. I have added references to power point and other artifacts I have created that will acts a inspirations for this section.
